HAYDEN B.

COLLEGE BASKETBALL PLAYER

"Mindset training has impacted my performance by allowing me to find a flow state. As well as shifting my perspective and easing the pressure that I was putting on myself. Mindset training has allowed me to stay disciplined in my training as well as focused on the things I can control."

CAMRIE I.

HIGH SCHOOL - BASKETBALL, CROSS COUNTRY, TRACK

"This program has been really amazing, I saw almost immediate improvement battling against my own mind. I have also seen improvements in how I reflect after a game which used to be only negative.

Using mindset training has improved my performance so much. Being able to identify areas that cause me to not reach my potential has been tremendous for me. The anxiety of a competition and the stress of performing my best actually caused me to perform not to my full potential. When I started working on the mental side of things, I saw improvement in my intensity, my attitude, my technique, and my passion for playing. I can see the areas that in the past would have been my downfalls but now are not a big deal at all, it has made me a much stronger player."

SADIE W.

COLLEGE LACROSSE PLAYER

"Mindset training has been a game-changer both on and off the field. In sports, it's helped me cultivate a resilient attitude, enabling me to bounce back from setbacks and stay focused under pressure. By embracing a growth mindset, I've learned to see challenges as opportunities for growth rather than obstacles. This shift in perspective has not only enhanced my performance but also boosted my confidence and enjoyment of the game. Beyond sports, mindset training has spilled over into my daily life, empowering me to tackle challenges with a positive outlook and perseverance. Whether it's facing academic hurdles or navigating personal relationships, the mindset tools I've acquired have been invaluable in overcoming obstacles and striving for success. Overall, mindset training has deeply impacted my game by shaping me into a mentally tough and adaptable athlete, ready to take on whatever challenges come my way."

COACH INGRAM

HIGH SCHOOL BOYS TENNIS

"I had a player today out of the blue say, 'Saylor really took mindset training to a whole new level.' You did a fantastic job. It is not easy (as you know) to motivate high school boys to do anything non-physical. I would say the majority of the team truly bought into what you taught AND then applied it on the court. You had a great combination of relating to the players and showing that this was serious material; I feel they appreciated that. Please keep doing what you are doing! Thank you again!"

COACH TENHOOPEN

HIGH SCHOOL CHEER

"The most effective part was when we were stressed, we were able to reset really quickly. If a stunt falls, as long as no one is injured, it's important to redo it correctly right away. Your training gave the team the ability to be in the right mindset to refocus, control what they can, and be reliably ready to safely stunt again immediately. Having the sessions 3 times meant we didn't ever get a chance to forget the training."

S.L.

MIDDLE SCHOOL PARENT

"My daughter plays basketball and soccer. She decided to try this program out with Saylor to help with her mental game. For her the pressure to play perfect at an imperfect sport was difficult to come to terms with. Saylor and this program helped her set achievable goals, envision making the basket, stealing the ball, and shooting the goal. Although she has not mastered the pressure of perfection she has set for herself she is on the right road, and has the tools to help her achieve greatness in anything she does."

K.I.

HIGH SCHOOL PARENT

"I am so thankful for the work you have done/are doing with my daughter. As both her parent and coach it has been so nice to have some outside input helping her with mindset stuff. I have for sure seen her work through some big challenges in what feels like a really healthy headspace. Playing on teams with girls that are older than her, both for her AAU season and NBC tour team, and being able to approach that challenge and work through feeling in over her head, to being in a spot where she could confidently approach the season and each practice working to get what she could from each opportunity. Track season this year turned out very differently than she had hoped. She went in with a goal that she did not achieve. But...at the end of the season she was able to reflect on the parts that went really well. How it was really different than what she was expecting, but also still really good. Super thankful you were able to do online sessions because of our crazy schedule. Very much looking forward to continuing to work with you Saylor!"
