THE MENTAL TOOLBOX
The Mental Toolbox is our signature 1:1 athlete training program. Athletes are taught proven mental performance skills to enhance their athletic potential.
The Mental Toolbox provides athletes with a strong foundation. Skills that are developed include goal setting, self-awareness, focus, reframing thoughts, routines, visualization.
In this 6-session package, meetings online. Athletes receive their own workbook with all activities in the program.
MINDSET MAINTENANCE
After completion of The Mental Toolbox, athletes can continue training with the Mindset Maintenance Membership.
The Mindset Maintenance Membership provides continued support and accountability. Membership includes a monthly mindset session, weekly mindset tip, and unlimited live support.
As athletes evolve, new challenges will emerge. That's why we highly recommend continuing mindset training for the extra encouragement and reinforcement of skills.
TEAM FOUNDATIONS
Team Trainings are one of the most beneficial ways to develop mental strength within athletic programs.
Mindset trainings for teams use proven mental performance strategies catered to your teams needs. These personalized trainings are informative, applicable, and interactive.
Teams who are interested in mindset training will have the option of a 3 session package or single session workshops. Both virtual and in person options are available.
